Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with drivers and passengers to ensure efficient operations
- Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls to drivers and customers
- Maintain and update reservation and scheduling records for passengers, drivers, and shuttles
- Coordinate shuttle schedules and logistics in real time
- Deliver top-tier customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
- Support drivers in navigating routes and managing unexpected situations
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to pass a federally mandated DOT drug screening and background check
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Prior experience in transportation dispatch, logistics, or customer service (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for scheduling and record-keeping
- Excellent over-the-phone customer service skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay starting at $16.66 per hour
- Expected hours: 24–40 per week
- Paid time off

- Full-time or Part-time
- Various shifts available: morning, day, evening, overnight, weekends
