Shuttle Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate professionally with drivers and passengers to ensure efficient operations
  • Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls to drivers and customers
  • Maintain and update reservation and scheduling records for passengers, drivers, and shuttles
  • Coordinate shuttle schedules and logistics in real time
  • Deliver top-tier customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
  • Support drivers in navigating routes and managing unexpected situations
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
  • Ability to pass a federally mandated DOT drug screening and background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Prior experience in transportation dispatch, logistics, or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask effectively and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for scheduling and record-keeping
  • Excellent over-the-phone customer service skills
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay starting at $16.66 per hour
  • Expected hours: 24–40 per week
  • Paid time off
Schedule
  • Full-time or Part-time
  • Various shifts available: morning, day, evening, overnight, weekends

  • In-person at our Oak Harbor office
