Federal tax credits, state production incentives, sales tax exemption, net metering, and record low module pricing have already reduced the cost of solar to record lows. Whidbey Sun & Wind is making solar even more affordable with rebates for everyone who installs a solar PV system through this program. The more kilowatts installed, the higher the rebates for everyone!
