Description
Open to all guests, shoppers, residents and business owners. Ballots are available in the Main Street Office (830 SE Pioneer Way, Suite 103). You are encouraged to wander Oak Harbor (there are a few not on Pioneer Way... Go see the Chamber of Commerce and both Heritage/Whidbey Island Bank Branches) and find your 3 favorite Toy Soldiers and vote. Votes will be counted and winner of the "Favorite Toy Soldier" will be announced on our Facebook page on December 23rd.
