Skagit/Island Counties Builders Association is proud to produce the 2016 SICBA Home Tour event in Skagit & Island Counties! This is a unique opportunity for residents & guests to visit beautiful homes and meet builders and specialty contractors. They will be happy to discuss their craftsmanship and help you with your future building needs. People who attend will see the latest in building construction, interior design, floor plans, landscaping & building products.
