Because Holland Happening is not happening, Regency on Whidbey will be hosting its very first Holland Happening Drive by Parade. We have invited families and friends of our residents, Fire and Police as well as our local chamber members to come and participate. Tulips will be place all around the community. Staff will be outside greeting and waving at the drivers and our residents will be watching from the balconies and their apartments. The drive by will be all around our community.
