The Penn Cove Water Festival is held to continue the legacy of the historic Coupeville Water Festival. The event aims to bring community members together in celebration of various aspects of Native American culture. Guests can enjoy canoe racing, crafts, live entertainment, authentic cuisine and various children’s activities to keep the entire family engaged and entertained.
