Fun Activities for Everyone! Appearances by Smokey the Bear and Sparky the Fire Dog FREE HOT DOGS!!! Come meet and spend an informational meeting with your local Firefighters and EMT's. Multiple agencies will be there including: WSP, Island County Emergency Management, PSE, WhidbeyHealth, ICOM, Island County Sheriff and Navy SAR.
