On Friday, August 15th, we’re hosting a special Late Night at Orlando’s Southern Barbecue with live music from The SeaNotes Big Band. Music kicks off at 8pm, and we’re excited to bring their signature swing sound to our stage once again. With roots in the Whidbey Island music scene since the early '90s, The SeaNotes have become a local favorite, known for their five-sax front line, bold brass, and timeless arrangements from the swing era. ------ ABOUT THE BAND ----- Led by Richard Webster, The SeaNotes keep the spirit of big band music alive with a mix of jazz standards, waltzes, and even a few surprises. Valetta Faye brings extra magic to the stage with vocals that capture the energy and elegance of a bygone era. ------ ABOUT THE RESTAURANT & BAR ----- At Orlando’s, we started with two pots and a dream. Since 2013, we’ve grown from farmers markets to food trucks to our full restaurant and bar here on Bayshore Drive.
