The inaugural Trudy Sundberg Lecture brings together the Whidbey Island community for a lecture series presented by journalist and author Hedrick Smith. The Lecture Series is the first of an annual series of lectures supported by the Trudy J. Sundberg Endowment. This event is presented by the Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation and supported by Humanities Washington. The Trudy Sundberg Memorial Lecture series was founded in honor of a beloved Whidbey Island teacher and civic leader. Each year, a presentation by an eminent speaker will explore the areas of interest that Trudy shared.
