Description
The inaugural Trudy Sundberg Lecture brings together the Whidbey Island community for a lecture series presented by journalist and author Hedrick Smith. Join us for an informal reception at 6pm; lecture begins at 7pm. The Lecture Series is the first of an annual series of lectures supported by the Trudy J. Sundberg Endowment. This event is presented by the Sno-Isle Libraries Foundation and supported by Humanities Washington. The Trudy Sundberg Memorial Lecture series was founded in honor of a beloved Whidbey Island teacher and civic leader. Each year, a presentation by an eminent speaker will explore the areas of interest that Trudy shared.
