Richard has practiced law in Bellingham for 25 years and is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law. His practice focuses on labor and employment law, and civil litigation. Richard is a frequent presenter for the State of Washington Association of General Contractors and the State of Washington Public Ports Association. Nolan Davidson joined Chmelik Sitkin & Davis in 2015. His practice covers employment and labor law, community association law, municipal law, and business law.
