They have since gone on to create even more incredible music which blends thoughtful mastery of traditional Scottish music with the vibrancy of imaginative sounds. Alasdair Fraser has enjoyed a recording career of over 30 years, receiving such honors as his 2011 induction into the Scottish Traditional Music Hall of Fame. His music has been featured in Hollywood box office hits as well, including Titanic and Last of the Mohicans. Natalie Haas, a graduate of the Julliard School of Music, is one of the most sought-after cellists in traditional music. Her talent and intuition on her instrument are extremely evident when playing and recording with Fraser.
